MS Series Gross Leak Tester (Hermetic Electronic Component Leak Testing System)
This system is designed to leak test hermetically sealed electronic components such as switch relays, crystal oscillators, ceramic oscillators, SAW filters, minute relay ICs & condensers. This fully automated no contact/dry leak testing method system provides an alternative to the conventional water bath/ freoncarbon liquid testing method.

Applied air pressure is used as the test medium, thus making this unit capable of detecting leaks in products that require air-tightness and also evaluates the pass/fail status of the work parts.
