Kohzu Standard Positioing Stage is a comprehensive selection of standard motion stages resulting from years of experience in the development of custom positioning solutions. Manual and Motorized stages for linear X,Y and Z, rotary and swivel-arc motion (goniometer) are available with single or multiple axis arrangements in a variety of size and material configurations. Standard stages can accomodate various customer size and performance requirements and ideally suited for industrial and scientific applications.

Motion Controller SC-200/400/800
The SC-200/400/800 motion controller is high performance, integrated motion controller and drivers. It allows you to drive any our motorized stage. It is easy to control each stage from front panel and joystick and computer through interface. Features: - 2, 4 and 8 axes motion controllers / drivers - High voltage chopper driver for high speed motion - 250x microstep resolution for smooth positioning - Various velocity profile for smooth motion - 2D and 3D linear velocity interpolation - Feedback for closed-loop control - Synchronizes external trigger pulse - Scale counting for optics mesurement - RS232-C and GPIB interfaces - Optional joystick Driver : The SC-200/400/800 uses microstep drivers for smooth motion control. These drivers provide the possibility to drive up to 250 of the basic step. Especially high voltage chopper driver is built in SC-200/400/800. Motion control : The SC-200/400/800 provides several modes of posotioning including synchronized and non-synchronized point-to-point, 2D and 3D linear interpolation. Feedback control : The SC-200/400/800 can capture the quadrature encoder signal and control motion mechanics for improving positioning accuracy. Our standard positioning stages are not built any kinds of encoders, but can be attached and adjusted for customer demand opionally. Synchronize external equipment : The SC-400/800 can send trigger pulse for synchronizing external equipments. Scale couting : This function is specialized for measurement of optical signal. The SC-400/800 can scan from start point to stop point with counting pulse number from amplifier. Also it can memorize and send host computer through interface.

Our precision positioiing stages have been consistently valued for its high reliability to achieve ever-greater precision and stiffness in every aspect of experiment, development, production and inspection. In recent years, applications for various alignment types (ex. optical fiber, fiber array wave guides, collimator and lens) have increased in conjunction with developments in the optical communications field. We have developed new stages unit by assembling stages for each alignment applications and various holders for optical devices. We are pleased to introduce a variety of new products such as the compact and low cost 6-axis stage unit and actuator realizing ultimate feeding speed in manual operation. We also produce custom-made products outside our catalog descriptins in order to meet customer requests. We hope that these products will be activity used in many customer fields.
