LED Lamps
SEIWA Electric Mfg. Co., Ltd. has long been involved in the Research and development of LED lamps to meet the need for high performance information display systems and indicator lamps, fully utilizing know-how accumulated through the manufacture of various information display systems and industrial lighting equipment delivered to many customers. Recently, by the use of various unique manufacturing techniques. We have succeeded in the mass production of blue LED's, which was considered difficult. SEIWA's LED's are characterized by an original electrode arrangement, which assures a uniform luminous intensity distribution and low operating voltage. These LED's have a transparent electrode structure, which contributes to optical output improvement. In addition, we have developed a chip sorter, which sorts out chips according to wavelength and brightness with high accuracy. The chip sorter permits a stable supply of high quality LED chips.
