Powdered Alloy for Thermal Spraying (Surfalloy)
Surfalloy, a powder for thermal spraying developed with our unique technology, is a hardfacing-alloy material manufactured by our up-to-date atomizing method, using water or inert gas after vacuum melting. It is especially resistance to abrasion, corrosion, high-temperature oxidation, erosion, cavitation, etc. Products include the S series, which uses highly pure Ni (Ni base) and the SC series, which uses cobalt (Co base). In addition, we supply powdered stellite (SK series) for PTA and plasma thermal spraying and a superalloy series as well.

A highly permeable materials, Permalloy, the main components of which are iron and nickel, is excellent for processing and is suitable for punching, drawing, and cutting. The material has already been used for various magnetic shields and cores for transformers. Pure nickel shows excellent corrosion resistance against various corrosive atmospheres and possesses high heat conductivity and electric conductivity.
