Low-Pressure Atomization Hand Spray Guns F21L series With a low-pressure atomizing spray gun, the air cap internal pressure is low and the cap air nozzle bore is large, so the airflow velocity drops markedly immediately after the paint is released into the atmosphere.
This slows down the atomization rate, reducing splash back and increasing the amount of paint that adheres to the object.As a result, paint consumption is reduced by about 15 to 30% compared with a multipurpose spray gun. Reducing spattering and splash back not only creates a better work environment, but also reduces spray booth maintenance.

High adhesion efficiency, low spattering-people- and environment-friendly while lowering costs
Exceptional atomization at a very low air cap internal pressure (0.07MPa for pressure feed and 0.05MPa for suction or gravity feed). Less spattering and splash back, higher adhesion efficiency, reduced paint consumption, and an improved work environment.

By using the same circuit for both the air valve and needle valve, trigger load is reduced by about 20%, reducing operator fatigue over long hours of operation.

Even with low-pressure atomization the wide pattern width increases work efficiency.
