DESCRIPTION: Optical monitors to measure UV absorbance of column effluents at the wavelength of either 280 or 254 nm in low-pressure liquid chromatography. The dual-beam and the dual silicone photodiode detector ensure the measurement with low noise and long-term stability over wide environmental temperature range, affording reliable operation in a cold room. An economy type featuring 0.0005 AU noise level, 0.0002 AU/h stability, 5 sensitivity ranges and a high-grade type featuring 0.0002 AU noise level, 0.0005 AU/h stability, 9 sensitivity range as well as sophisticated operations.
